1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website — browsing, filling in a form, sending us an enquiry or making a referral. By using the site, you agree to them. They were last updated on 28 September 2026.
They don't replace your service agreement with us. Anything about the supports we deliver to you is agreed in that document, which we'll always walk through with you properly before anything starts.
2. Who we are
NND Supports (ABN 89 693 568 811) is an NDIS registered provider (Registration ID 4-LR942N5) based in the NSW Hunter and Central Coast, and part of the NND Group. You can reach us at admin@nndsupports.com or (02) 4003 7505.
3. Information on this site
Everything on this website is general information, provided in good faith. It isn't personal, medical, legal or financial advice — for that, please talk to the right professional (or better yet, let us help you find one).
We do our best to keep things current, but details like pricing and supports change from time to time. Where the NDIS sets rules and price limits, the NDIS's own terms and current price guides take precedence over anything on this site.
4. Referrals and enquiries
The information you send us through our forms should be accurate and given with the consent of anyone it's about. If you're referring someone else, please make sure they're happy for you to share their details with us.
We aim to respond to enquiries and referrals within 2 business hours. Submitting a referral or enquiry isn't a booking — supports only begin once we've matched you with a worker and everyone has signed a service agreement.
5. Our supports and agreements
Supports are delivered under the terms of your signed service agreement, including scheduling, cancellation arrangements and pricing in line with the relevant NDIS price guide. If something in these website terms ever disagrees with your service agreement, the service agreement wins.
6. Intellectual property
The content on this site — words, photos, design and logo — belongs to NND Supports or the NND Group. You're welcome to share and link to it, but please don't republish or reuse it commercially without our written okay.
7. Links to other sites
We sometimes link to other websites (like the NDIS or our sister company, Nourished Not Deprived). We don't control their content, and a link isn't an endorsement of everything you'll find there.
8. Liability
We provide this website as is, and we can't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses arising from using this site — though nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law, or our responsibilities under the NDIS Code of Conduct.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always live on this page with its update date at the top, and significant changes will be flagged on our site.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
